How do I access my Digital Donor Card?

Once you are eligible, you will receive a notification email with instructions on how to download and access your Digital Donor Card.

The email will include a unique link assigned specifically to you, which requires your Date of Birth before the card can be downloaded.

Please note:

• The link is valid for 90 days from the date it is sent.
• You can download the card only once using the link.
• The link is unique to each donor and cannot be shared.

You can access your Digital Donor Card through your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
