If you have not yet received your Digital Donor Card, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Your donor registration may not be fully processed.
Your sample typing may still be pending.
Your donor status might not be marked as active.
Digital Donor Cards went live for donors who registered from 11 December 2024 onwards. If you registered prior to this date, you will need to request your card.
