Why did other donors receive their Digital Donor Card before me?

The Digital Donor Card was initially rolled out in a pilot phase to individuals who registered as donors on or after 11 December 2024.
If you registered before this date, you may contact our team for assistance with issuing your card. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to confirm the status of your registration.
