Dr. Elke Neujahr - Chairperson

Global CEO of the DKMS Group, Executive Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of Directors in the US and Chairwoman of the board in Poland, United Kingdom and South Africa. Elke oversees all DKMS operations and the organisation’s continued international expansion.

Katharina Harf - Director

Co-Founder of DKMS, and Chairwoman of the DKMS Foundation Board. In addition to the current scope of her global duties, Katharina oversees operations and strategy for the country’s offices.

Stephan Schumacher - Director

Country Manager at DKMS Germany, member of the Management Board in DKMS Poland and South Africa, former Country Manager DKMS UK.
